ApiTracer Pro

The ApiTracer app turns your phone into a barcode reader.

Once your apiaries and queens are created in the app or via the website, you can scan your colonies and begin their history in ApiTracer.

Our app is intuitive, uses simple icons, and allows data entry by successive scans. The goal is to capture all needed information by the time you start your smoker and then move on to beekeeping activities!

You can scan your harvests, queen changes, evaluations (gentleness, swarming, varroa counts…), migrations, overwintering, and losses easily and quickly. You can also consult previously recorded information for past seasons or flows for your hives.

The web interface lets you easily manage your space by customizing users, apiaries, queens, operations, super tare weights, honey types, etc.
All your data are saved and can only be viewed by users of your ApiTracer Pro.

The website provides reliable statistics such as

• Total honey production per year and by honey type
• Average honey amount per hive per flow.
  
• Average production per flow by apiary or by lineage
• Rankings of hives, lineages, and apiaries by flow and by year
• Winter and in-season losses

These data are presented clearly so you can make decisions based on objective data without wasting time.

ApiTracer Pro is a full solution to improve your beekeeping farm’s productivity.

The website also offers mandatory documents such as the honeyhouse log and breeding notebook, pre‑filled, downloadable, and editable before sharing.

All data is stored in a secured database and remains confidential. All statistics, tables, and mandatory documents are downloadable as XLS or PDF if you wish to share them.

Fully stainless and adaptable to all honey-house setups

Depending on your setup, we can propose:

- A standalone frame-removal table to place in front of your extraction line

-A suspended frame-removal table to install on your extraction chain

-A suspended roller table to place before an automatic debowing and uncapping machine

-A mobile table to weigh during harvest 

Our equipment is custom-made and adapts to all brands of extraction lines.

Robust scanner and weighing module

Once properly fixed, the scanner reads your supers’ DataMatrix codes quickly when placed on the scale

After scanning the super’s code, it is weighed on the stainless platform.

The average tare is automatically removed when registering the net weight on the server.

Protected microcomputer

We recommend using our honey‑house station with WiFi or sharing internet from a phone. Offline use is possible: your weighings are stored locally and can be retrieved via USB and later uploaded to your ApiTracer account under the “weighing” tab.​

The hardware is designed to withstand honeyhouse conditions; waterproof buttons on the casing avoid touching the screen once WiFi is set up.

You connect to your ApiTracer session via a QR code in the app that you scan like a super. Then you proceed with super weighings, verifying weights and origins on the display.
